Synergy Engineering B.V., in collaboration with XPRTHUB, undertook the design of a specialized liftable basket capable of handling 2150 tons. This project exemplifies our expertise in delivering high-capacity engineering solutions for the offshore sector.

Design and Standards Compliance:
The project commenced with a concept design from XPRTHUB, laying the foundation for a functional and innovative final product. Synergy Engineering B.V. meticulously developed this concept into a detailed design, ensuring adherence to the stringent DNVGL guidelines.

Key Challenge:
A significant technical challenge was the integration of an 8-point lift system into the basket design, a complex engineering feat successfully achieved by our team.

Scope Of Work

The scope of our work in the Liftable Basket Project encompassed several key areas, demonstrating our comprehensive approach to engineering design. From advanced analysis to detailed modeling, we ensured that each phase of the project adhered to our high standards of quality and innovation.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in Ansys

Our team conducted in-depth FEA using Ansys, a leading engineering simulation tool. This analysis was crucial in understanding the structural behavior of the basket under different load conditions, thereby ensuring its strength, durability, and safety.

3D Modeling

We leveraged advanced 3D modeling techniques to create an accurate representation of the liftable basket. This process allowed for a detailed visualization of the design, enabling us to identify and address potential issues early in the development phase.

2D Design Drawings

Precise 2D design drawings were an essential output of our work. These drawings provided a detailed and clear guide for the manufacturing process, covering all necessary specifications and dimensions for accurate fabrication and assembly.
